Community listening

Listening before acting

Our Monitoring, Research & Impact division runs community listening, grassroots incident reports, and needs assessments in every zone, so what we do is shaped by what communities actually say they need.

Seen something we should know about? A family in crisis, a community need, an incident from one of our programs: tell us directly and the monitoring team will follow up.
